At Prota Beauty Supplies, we offer shipping options for beauty furniture, equipment, and supplies across Canada.

Large Furniture & Equipment

Large furniture and equipment items are shipped by pallet through third-party freight carriers.

Because shipping costs vary depending on the product size, weight, delivery location, and carrier availability, shipping fees for large furniture and equipment are not automatically included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

After you place your order, our team will review the order details and provide a shipping quote. Shipping must be confirmed and paid before the order is dispatched.

Large furniture and equipment may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pedicure chairs
  • Treatment beds
  • Massage beds
  • Reception desks
  • Manicure tables
  • Salon furniture
  • Large professional equipment

Freight Delivery Notice

For pallet and freight shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible.

Please confirm the following before delivery:

  • Correct shipping address and contact information
  • Business hours or available receiving time
  • Loading dock or ground-level access, if required
  • Doorway, hallway, elevator, and stair access
  • Enough space to receive large items

Additional charges may apply for remote areas, residential delivery, liftgate service, stairs, special handling, missed delivery appointments, storage, or re-delivery.

Disposables Shipping

Disposables products qualify for free shipping on orders over $500 CAD before tax.

For disposables orders under $500 CAD, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated or confirmed before fulfillment.

Order Processing

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability. In-stock items are usually prepared for pickup or shipping after payment is confirmed.

For special order, backorder, or pre-order items, estimated timelines may vary.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the package or pallet appears damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately at info@protabeauty.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
