Final Sale, Returns, and Warranty

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, items that do not fit your space, or products that have been used, installed, assembled, opened, or modified.

Eligible furniture and equipment may include a one-year limited warranty covering parts or components that are damaged or defective under normal use due to manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidents, water or chemical damage, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or third-party modifications or repairs.

Shipping and Delivery

For large furniture or equipment items, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible, including doorways, stairs, elevators, hallways, and available space.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas, stairs, special handling, failed delivery attempts, storage, or rescheduling.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to their intended purpose. Some products may require professional installation, assembly, plumbing, electrical work, or regular maintenance.
